3. Drilling Fluids Shale Shaker Working Principle
The shale shaker is mainly composed of a screen box, a screen, a vibration isolation spring and a vibration exciter, a mud feed drilling fluid box, a base and a support. The working principle is that the rotation of the exciter drives the screen box and the screen to move together to form a reasonable movement track. The drilling fluid flows to the screen of the screen box through the drilling fluid box, and the solid phase is discharged from the front of the screen box, and the liquid phase containing the solid phase smaller than the mesh holes flows through the screen to the drilling fluid tank to complete the separation.
